Top Management of Rossi Facility Services Ltd and all its team are committed to deliver a pro-active and quality Security Service at all times.

Our bespoke in-house recruitment process is often conducted locally and we aim to hire staff that can maintain the Company’s high standards and deliver exceptional customer services.

We offer constant support to our personnel and an extensive training programme is provided throughout their careers within the Company. All levels of the organisation are trained internally and externally for dedicating themselves to the process of meeting and exceeding our customer’s requirements.

We constantly seek to receive feedback from all our clients and prompt ourselves to swiftly act upon them. We will strive to maintain healthy client relationships and do our best to continuously improve customer satisfaction as per our Quality Objectives.

In addition, the Company is fully committed to comply with requirements of the ISO9001 International Standard and operate as per recognised British Standards BS7499 (Static Site Guarding and Mobile Patrol Service) and BS7858 (Security Screening of individuals employed in a Security Environment) Codes of Practice.

The performance of the QMS, this Quality Policy and our Quality Objectives will be reviewed and updated yearly during our Management Review Meetings.

Senior Management is entrusted with the authority and responsibility for controlling the Company’s Quality Management System and to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements, such as the Private Security Industry Act and Health and Safety at Work Act are met.
