Luxury Retail Security Premises
Once you have been part of the Rossi family for over 12 months, you may apply to become a Rossi Security Close Protection Operative within our Close Protection Division. This involves jobs such as bodyguarding high ranking public officials, High net worth individuals and celebrities from the danger of general theft, assault, kidnapping, assassination, harassment and/or loss of confidential information. With such a diverse range of jobs, you’ll never have a dull day at the office!

The entry level position within Rossi Security is our Security Officer role. Stage 2 is Head of Security that will see you managing your own team within one of our client’s Luxury Retail stores. The next level of progression is the key role of Ops Support Officer, working closely with the Ops Team where you will be responsible for site visits at multiple Luxury Retail Security sites. This role will see you conducting basic security training and assignment training to new guards that have undertaken Luxury Retail Security jobs with Rossi.
Once you have spent sufficient time in this role you may wish to move into the position of Ops Supervisor where you will manage several Ops Support Officers and manage the rota and bookings for Guards at multiple locations.
The final string to the bow is the prestigious position of Ops Manager where your role is to oversee all the tasks above as well a long list of additional duties, with “Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”.
