Starting without experience, Lucian very quickly learnt how to work in a team, with both officers and client staff members. He shows great commitment when under pressure and is quick to support the operations team in emergencies.
Lucian continuously receives great feedback from the client, and has recently scored two of the best results when mystery shopped. Going to show that his level of professionalism and enthusiasm is high, and he is keen to continue learning. He is a great prospect for the future.
He was thrilled to receive this award, and of course his Rossi goodie bag and certificate!
