Bicester Village is not a high street. It is a lot of brands, a lot of visitors, and a short walk between doors. The officer on a brand floor is the first person a guest sees and the last person a thief tests. We put SIA-licensed, BS7858-vetted people on that floor who can do both.

We have covered luxury retail floors at Bicester Village since 2009. This is brand-floor cover, not the village estate.

What the floor actually needs

Peak days, sale periods and coach arrivals fill the village fast. Organised theft treats it as a circuit, not one store. Fitting rooms, stock rooms and the service yard are where the brand is won or lost. Lunch cover matters because a short floor is an open floor.

We write the plan for that store, then run it: smart uniform, lunch cover, events and openings, loss prevention, VIC appointments, and crisis cover. Officers are trained in customer service, cultural sensitivity and conflict resolution. You get a dedicated account manager, a 24/7 communication centre, and portal access to profiles and rotas.
