SIA-licensed officers for luxury retail, chosen and trained to match the shop floor. We cover recruitment, training, operational management, and day-to-day delivery, with a dedicated account manager and a 24/7 communication centre. Security plans are written for the store, then run with the same standard you expect of your own team. Officers are BS7858-vetted and screened, and trained in customer service, cultural sensitivity, and conflict resolution. Client portal access to officer profiles and rotas is included. What we already do with retailers includes events, loss prevention, VIC appointments, and crisis management. Lunch cover is available so the floor is not left short.
